Dr. Vikas Bhardwaj is an accomplished Neurosurgeon with more than 21 years of clinical experience, currently serving as the Head of Department & Senior Consultant, Neurosurgery at Sharda Hospital, Delhi-NCR. He is widely recognized for his expertise in complex brain and spine surgeries, including endoscopic spinal procedures, cranial trauma management, and hydrocephalus treatment. He has worked with several reputable healthcare institutions such as Yatharth Hospital, Green City Hospital, Naveen Hospital, Indo-Gulf Hospital, and Amrapali Hospital. His broad exposure across diverse neurosurgical settings has contributed to his exceptional surgical proficiency. Dr. Bhardwaj completed his MBBS (2003) and MS (General Surgery, 2008) from Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut, followed by an MCh in Neurosurgery (2012) from King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, a premier centre for neurosurgical training in India. He has performed over 1,700 craniotomies and more than 250 spinal surgeries, making him one of the highly experienced neurosurgeons in the region. His interests include minimally invasive spine surgery, brain tumor surgery, skull base procedures, and micro-neurosurgical techniques.
